Polyjacking is an effective method for concrete lifting that raises and levels sunken concrete slabs by injecting an expanding, non-toxic polyurethane foam beneath them. This advanced technique is a superior alternative to mudjacking, providing a longer-lasting solution for lifting and leveling sunken concrete compared to traditional tear-out and replace methods. Additionally, polyjacking plays a crucial role in foundation repair by stabilizing compromised soils. The process of raising concrete with polyurethane foam involves controlled incremental injections to achieve the desired lift. We utilize a specialized non-toxic polyurethane foam specifically formulated for concrete lifting and leveling. To ensure a successful lift, a series of 5/8ths diameter holes are drilled into the concrete. It's important to note that the polyurethane used for lifting differs from spray foam insulation; it is designed specifically for structural support and to fill voids rather than for insulation purposes.
